Investment & Engagement Notes

Investment ranges listed above reflect typical engagements based on project complexity, organizational size, and scope of work. Final pricing will be confirmed after an initial consultation and review of project requirements.

For fractional leadership retainers, the monthly investment includes a defined number of hours dedicated to delivery oversight, stakeholder coordination, risk monitoring, and executive reporting.
​
If the scope of work requires additional time beyond the agreed monthly allocation, additional hours may be approved by the client and billed at an incremental consulting rate of $200 – $300 per hour, depending on engagement scope and urgency.
​
Unused hours within a given month do not typically roll over unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.
​
For fixed-scope engagements (such as diagnostics, system setup, or stabilization programs), the investment covers the defined deliverables outlined in the engagement agreement. If the project scope expands beyond the original objectives, a revised estimate will be discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.

All engagements are designed to maintain flexibility while ensuring predictable delivery support and executive visibility into project progress and risks.
